Selectmen’s Meeting
Saturday, March 29, 2003
Present: Cathy Kuchinski, Stephanie McSweeney and Peter Jones.
I. Call to Order: The Chair called the meeting to order at 9:35AM.
II. One-day liquor license Request: Tim Royer of 226 Brook Street submitted a request for a license for event at Camp Kiwanee this evening for the Main Lodge 7PM until midnight. Motion to move to authorize the license as requested. Motion made by McSweeney and second given by Jones. Motion carried by vote 3-0. The fax line to Camp Kiwanee was busy so Selectman Jones said he would hand deliver the license to the Camp’s office.
III. Capital Improvement Committee Meeting: Kuchinski mentioned she would be attending the CIC meeting on March 31 at 7:30pm to address the warrant articles on the police station and sidewalk issues.
IV. Adjournment: Motion to move to adjourn the meeting. Motion made by McSweeney and second given by Jones. Motion carried by vote 3-0. Meeting adjourned at 9:45AM.
